LION OF ZION # 60
“MY MIGHTY MEN OF VALOR”

I have been profoundly moved by this vision. It has been a long time since I have seen the LION OF ZION, and I certainly didn’t expect to see Him as I raced off to church late, unprepared, and in a fit over my rebellious, escape artist goat.
I had entered church late and gone up for prayer. I was met by my Savior in a wonderful way and when I returned to my seat the vision began.

I saw THE LION OF ZION bounding towards me. HE is so beautiful! There really are no words to describe how gorgeous this LION is! HE is enormous in stature, golden in color, and perfect in every way - truly the KING who dwells on Mt Zion.
As HE ran his mane was whipping in the breeze, and HIS eyes were shockingly beautiful and deeply piercing. How I love this LION !!!!!!!!!
Following behind HIM was another lion and then another and another. They were nearly identical to my friend. I was shocked! More and more lions followed HIM, running after my KING, matching HIM in appearance and stature, beauty and strength.
As the LION OF ZION stopped directly in front of me, the lions following HIM stopped and began to line up in a straight, military like formation. Each line was a bit longer than the one before it, and soon a huge triangle was created, with the KING at its apex. The triangular formation covered many, many acres of ground.
These lions were all beautiful and powerful, and I asked the LORD,
“Who are these lions and why are they showing up at this time in this vision?”
I was very perplexed, as they all looked so similar to the mighty LION OF ZION.
The answer reverberated through my head:
“THESE ARE MY MIGHTY MEN OF VALOR WHO HAVE
LAID THEIR LIVES DOWN, THEIR AGENDAS DOWN,
WHO HAVE ALLOWED THE KING TO MOLD THEM INTO THE LIKENESS OF HIMSELF.
THESE ARE THE MEN WHO WILL TAKE ON THE PRINCIPALITIES AND RULERS OF DARKNESS, THE WICKED ONES, WHOSE SOLE PURPOSE IS TO MAKE WAR AGAINST THE SAINTS.
THESE MIGHTY MEN HAVE SHED THEIR PERSONALITIES SO THAT THEY CAN REFLECT THE TENDER HEART OF THEIR KING, AND HIS FIERCE LOVE FOR HIS BETROTHED.
THEIR ASSIGNMENT IS TO PROTECT HER AS SHE MAKES HERSELF READY FOR HER HUSBAND.”
As I watched, the lions just kept coming and coming, lining themselves up in perfect formation. The triangle kept getting bigger and bigger.
The grass was green, the sky a perfect blue, and a gentle breeze was blowing. A sense of peace, HIS peace, was tangible.
I was watching The Mighty Men of Valor at rest, yet there was alertness about them. These were warriors, and they were ready to obey their KING’S orders in an instant.
“YAHWEH, what would you have me know?” I asked.
“I WOULD HAVE YOU KNOW, MY CHILD, THAT THE BATTLE TO COME WILL BE FIERCE AND BLOODY. THE ENEMY BELIEVES HE HAS MADE MY CHURCH IMPOTENT AND THAT MY MIGHTY MEN OF VALOR ARE NO MORE.
HE CAN NOT SEE THE ARMY, MY ARMY, OF RIGHTEOUS WARRIORS WHO HAVE MADE THEMSELVES READY FOR THE BATTLE WHICH HAS EVEN NOW BEGUN.
AND I WOULD SAY TO MY WARRIORS:
‘BE PREPARED TO FIGHT. BE PREPARED TO DIE—
TO DIE TO SELF, TO DIE TO YOUR PLANS FOR THE FUTURE, TO DIE, IN THE VERY REAL SENSE OF THE WORD.
BE FIERCE AS A LION,
CRAFTY AS A SERPENT,
AND GENTLE AS A LAMB.’ ”
“Crafty as a serpent?” I asked.
“YES MY DAUGHTER. CRAFTY. NOT IN EVIL, BUT IN KNOWLEDGE AND WISDOM—
ABLE TO PERCEIVE THE PLOYS, PLOTS AND EVIL SCHEMES OF THE ONES WHO FOLLOW THE evil one.
I USE CRAFTINESS, MY DAUGHTER, TO UPROOT THOSE WHO OPPOSE ME. DIDN’T I DO SO WITH GIDEON AND HIS ARMY OF 300?”
“ALL OPTIONS ARE ON THE TABLE, MY DAUGHTER, IF THEY ARE RIGHTEOUS.
I DO NOT COUNTENANCE THOSE WHO SAY:
‘THE END JUSTIFIES THE MEANS.’
I AM THE END
AND MY MEANS ARE RIGHTEOUS!”
HE thundered.
As HE said these things a question flashed through my mind about Scott Roeder. (Scott had been a friend of mine ten years ago in Kansas City. He is the man who shot and killed George Tiller, the infamous late term abortion doctor in Wichita, KS, in May, 2009.)
“YOU THOUGHT A MOMENT AGO OF YOUR FRIEND SCOTT, WHO GUNNED DOWN A MASS MURDERER IN HIS ‘CHURCH’.
YOU WONDERED IF THAT WAS OF ME?
MY CHILD, DID THE SCOTT YOU KNEW COMMUNE WITH ME? WAS HE SURRENDERED TO ME? DID HE SPEND TIME IN PRAYER AND FASTING, DELVING INTO THE DEEP THINGS OF THE SPIRIT?
IF YOUR ANSWER TO ANY OF THESE QUESTIONS IS NEGATIVE, THEN YOU KNOW HIS ACTIONS WERE NOT DIRECTED BY ME!
MY WARRIORS ARE KNOWN IN THE SPIRIT WORLD.
THEY ARE KNOWN BY THEIR PRAYER AND FASTING.
THEY ARE KNOWN BY THEIR PURSUIT OF THE HOLY.
THEIR ONE DESIRE IS TO WALK IN RIGHTEOUS OBEDIENCE BEFORE THEIR GOD.
A VERY FIERCE BATTLE IS COMING MY DAUGHTER,
AND I HAVE RAISED UP AN ARMY TO DO BATTLE ON MY BEHALF.
THEY LOOK LIKE ME.
THEY ARE FIERCE LIKE ME.
THEY ARE SURRENDERED AND OBEDIENT TO THE FATHER AS I AM SURRENDERED AND OBEDIENT TO HIM.
MY DAUGHTER, THE BATTLE TO COME WILL BE BLOODY.
MANY WILL LOSE THEIR LIVES WILLINGLY IN DEFENSE OF MY KINGDOM.
THEY WILL NOT BACK DOWN.
THEY WILL TAKE THEIR ORDERS FROM MY FATHER AND
THEY WILL DO BATTLE ON THEIR KNEES,
ON THEIR FACES BEFORE ME,
AND STANDING UP, WEAPON IN HAND, FIGHTING TO THE DEATH AS DAVID’S MIGHTY MEN OF VALOR FOUGHT IN TIMES PAST.
I HAVE SHOWN YOU MY ARMY.
THEY LOOK LIKE ME.
THEY ACT LIKE ME.
THEY TAKE ORDERS FROM ME.
REJOICE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN CHOSEN TO LIVE DURING SUCH A TIME AS THIS!
REJOICE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN CHOSEN TO STAND ON THE WALL, BANNER IN HAND,
AND PROCLAIM WHAT IT IS I AM SHOWING YOU!
YOU ARE ONE OF MY WARRIORS, MY DAUGHTER.
NOT AS THESE MIGHTY MEN OF VALOR,
BUT AS ONE WHO PIERCES THE DARKNESS THROUGH WORSHIP AND DANCE,
PRAYER AND FASTING, AND DOING YOUR BEST TO WALK UPRIGHTLY BEFORE
YOUR GOD AND KING.
THE BATTLE HAS BEGUN.
TAKE YOUR PLACE ON THE WALL.
PUT ON YOUR DANCING SHOES.
BLOW THE SHOFAR.
SOUND THE ALARM.
I HAVE GATHERED AND TRAINED MY MIGHTY MEN OF VALOR.
THE TIME AND THE SEASON,
THE APPOINTED TIME AND THE SEASON HAS COME.
I AM POSITIONING MY MIGHTY MEN OF VALOR TO FIGHT TO THE DEATH
ON BEHALF OF MY KINGDOM
AND MY BETROTHED.”
My sense is that “MY MIGHTY MEN OF VALOR” are men, righteous, courageous, surrendered men. I do not believe HE was speaking of both men and women in this vision.
